The Look - Grey Arab Mare 

This painting was inspired by a photography session I did with a beautiful grey Arabian mare named Nyvariah, dressed in her traditional Arabian bridle and native costume.

I was particularly drawn to this moment as she turned her head to look back, creating a wonderful sense of curiosity, elegance and character.

I loved the contrast between her delicate grey and white colouring, the intricate details of her bridle and the rich crimson colour costume against the dark background.

The pose captures something of the distinctive beauty and spirit of the Arabian horse, while her expressive gaze draws you into the painting.
